The NPP Course contains sessions of nurturing parenting techniques developed by Dr. Stephen Bavolek that focus on empathy as the foundation of parenting. The Nurturing Parenting Program is a well-established, evidence-based program that equips parents and caregivers with the skills to foster nurturing, safe, and supportive family environments. Sessions include: Introduction to Nurturing Parenting Understanding Feelings Praise Brain Development Empathy Self-Worth Keeping Kids Safe Communicating with Respect Alternatives to Corporal Punishment Dealing with Stress Family Morals, Values, & Rules Personal Power
