About the event
RSVP and Waiver (provided when you arrive) required to participate in this family event.
A Soundbath can help us to decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, and create a sense of calm and peace. Â It can also help you sleep better. Â There will be dim colorful lighting, diffused aroma of lavender essential oil, and you will be enveloped in the sound of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat for each participant, your favorite blanket, and a favorite stuffy.
If you or your child have sensory sensitivities, feel free to bring a weighted blanket, noise-reducing headphones, and to quietly exit and renter the room as needed. Â There will be the opportunity to ask questions about the bowls, and to take turns interacting with some kid-friendly instruments following the 20 to 30 minute Introductory Sound Bath.
