About the event
A Waiver is required to participate in this event. Â Waiver will be provided at the event.
A Soundbath can help us to decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, and create a sense of calm and peace. Â It can also help you sleep better. Â There will be dim colorful lighting, diffused aroma of lavender essential oil, and you will be enveloped in the sound of Singing Bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for each participant.
