About the event
A Waiver is required to participate in this event. Waiver will be provided at the event.
A Soundbath can help us to decrease stress and anxiety, relieve tension, and create a sense of calm and peace. It can also help you sleep better. There will be dim colorful lighting, diffused aroma of lavender essential oil, and you will be enveloped in the sound of Singing Bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for each participant.
