During this 2-day Prenatal Coaching session we will discuss:
- Pregnancy discomforts and remedies/reliefAssociations/preconceptions about labor and birth
- What to expect during labor
- Creating your birth space
- Birth preferences
- Partner support/involvement
- Optimizing baby's position prior to labor and during labor
- Communicating with your medical provider(s)
- The role of a birth/postpartum doula
- What to expect during the first few weeks postpartum
- How to prepare for postpartum
