Looking for a great space to host an event?  Give us a call. We'd love to host your next training, meeting, or any event you can think of! We would love to explore all the possibilities with you.


In The Cove Event Space at The Playful Family we can accommodate groups up to 100.  We can provide the tables, chairs, and other audio/visual equipment necessary to ensure your event is a success.  

But most importantly, we provide a space for families to play and connect and HAVE FUN!

  • What should I expect the day of my event?
    - Welcome & Kid Check-In, Sign Play Waiver, Wristbands - 1 Hour of Open Play in the Playground - Follow Party Host to Party Room - Food / Games / Activities / Pictures - Happy Birthday Song / Cut Cake - Party Gifts will be Held at the Front Desk and then taken to the car.
  • What happens during check in?
    You will be greeted by The Playful Family Team and your party host will introduce themselves. Guests will be checked in, waivers will be completed and verified, you will receive wrist bands for all party guests and grip socks (if needed at an additional cost), and items that will go to the party room will be taken to the room. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance, if not done already. Anything added to the party, during the party, can be paid at the completion of the party.
  • What are some suggested party themes?
    If you are looking for a party theme available immediately, we always have these themes on hand: Mermaid, Cocomelon, Paw Patrol, Superheroes, Princesses, Unicorns, Dinosaurs, Sports, Happy Birthday with Balloons, and Under the Sea.
  • Is there a required deposit to make a birthday reservation?
    We require a non- refundable $100 deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your party total balance. If you need to cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit can be used towards rescheduling the party as long as it is done within 30 days.
  • What happens if my guest count changes?
    All party packages include up to 15 kids. If party guests exceed that number, a per child fee of $10 will applied towards the total balance of the party. Please try to have an accurate guest count within 48 hours before your party and contact us to increase the number as needed.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Once a birthday deposit is made, it is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit can be used toward a new reservation as long as it is rescheduled within 30 days. If there is an emergency, please cancel at least 72 hours in advance so the catering costs, etc. are not incurred.
  • What is in the party favor bags?
    Our party favor bags are full of a variety of toys that are specifically selected for kids of all ages, candy, and most importantly - a FREE PlayPass to come back and play again!!
  • What will the table setup include?
    Along with all the super cool items listed in the party package you chose, we will decorate your table with tablecloths, cups, plates, cutlery, napkins, so you can focus on having FUN!
  • What if I want to play longer than the included 1 hour in the playground?
    The fun never stops at The Playful Family. Additional time can be added to any Birthday Package. 30 minutes for $50.
  • What does the Party Host do?
    Your party host will ensure your room is set up with tableware, décor, food, and any other activities. They will assist throughout your event to keep the party on track and FUN!
  • On my party day when will I have access to the party room?
    The party room is available for setup 30 minutes prior to your allotted birthday start time and available after 1 hour of play in the playground.
  • Can I bring my own food?
    Yes, you can bring additional food and/or beverages at no extra charge. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Do you offer customizations, add-ons or upgrades to parties?
    Yes, you can select a preset party package, add-on items, or fully customize your party with our Party Planner.
