We believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health services, regardless of insurance coverage. We offer a self-pay model to provide you with the flexibility and transparency you need to prioritize your mental well-being.
Service Fees
We offer a range of services to meet your needs, including individual therapy, group therapy, assessments, and more. Our fees are designed to be clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.

Individual Therapy: $100 per 50-minute session

Initial Consultation: $150 for a 1-hour session

All fees are due at the time of service. We accept a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you to pay in the way that works best for you.

HSA/FSA Payments: Simply use your HSA or FSA debit card to pay for services directly, or submit payment receipts for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy
We know that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate.
Invoicing and Receipts
We provide a receipt for each payment made. If you need an invoice for tax purposes, or to submit to your HSA/FSA account or insurance provider, we are happy to provide one upon request.
