During this 1-hour postpartum coaching session we will discuss:
 
Birth experience and any want/need to process through the experience 
How things are going postpartum (sleep, feeding, transition to parenthood, juggling all the things, etc)
Questions/answers/suggestions tailored to your experience
 
Remember, this a judgement free space to share the joys and struggles of parenthood.  Please feel free to bring a blanket or mat to create a comfy space for your litle one. Once scheduled, session can be administered In-Person at The Playful Family, Inc. or Virtual via Zoom.
